Although he is still refusing to answer any questions about his future, it is looking increasingly likely that Brett Favre will return to the Minnesota Vikings in September.
This will be great news for Vikings fans as if he can reproduce some of last seasons form they will be contenders again. He guided them to the NFC Championship match in 2009, and but for a late interception they would have been in the Super Bowl. He took a big beating in that game but with the prospects of revenge and $13m in salary as a sweetener I am sure he will be back.
