It has only taken 10 days of training camp but finally Albert Haynesworth has passed the Redskins conditioning test and the times for the shuttle sprints were a respectable 66 and 70 seconds. That might not sound that fast but when you are 300lb plus stopping after 25 yards is not easy and then turning and doing it again takes its toll on the knees.
This has somewhat overshadowed Washingtons preparations but hopefully they can now get down to business and prepare for the season. They will need to as well as the NFC East has been the most competative division in the NFL for a few years now and 2010 looks like being one of the hardest fought yet.
