We are now approaching the half way point in the 2011 NFL season and two teams are still waiting to chalk up their first win; surprisingly one of those is the Indianapolis Colts. Without Peyton Manning the Colts have looked pretty ordinary this season and with Atlanta visiting this week things could get worse before they get better.
The Rams had the result of the night snapping their losing streak with a massive win over the New Orleans Saints, a result which has thrown the NFC South wide open with both Tampa Bay able to tie the Saints with a win in their meeting this week.
The Cardinals deserve a mention too as they were slightly unlucky losers at Baltimore and Miami showed that their losing streak could end soon after pushing NFC East leaders the NY Giants all the way in a 3 point loss.
The seasons surprise teams Detroit, San Fransisco and Buffalo all won again and at least two of these teams looks likely to break their play off drought this year.
Our predictions ended up at 8-5 despite us taking a couple of punts (neither of which won).
