In what must be an embarrassment for the Eagles coaching staff Michael Vick has been installed as starting Quarter Back only 2 games into the season. Vick has played quite well in the opening games but a narrow win over Detroit is hardly a ringing endorsement and now questions have to be asked about the dumping of McNabb. The decision to go with Kolb as No1 in the off season either smacks of arrogance or shows considerable incompetence in the Eagles hierarchy, he showed some potential in his 2009 appearances but was far from the finished article. It looks like the Redskins picked up a bargain in the trade not only getting a solid QB but also hampering one of their rivals in the process. Their match up on 3rd October has just taken on even more significance.
