The Tennessee Titans have surprisingly parted ways with long time coach Jeff Fisher after another disappointing season which saw them finish bottom of the AFC South. There was some friction earlier in the season due to the Vince Young fiasco, however it looked like Young’s impending departure had secured him another season at least. Now the question is whether they will rethink their decision to ditch Vince Young, given they are not exactly endowed with QB talent.
Jeff Fisher can leave with his chin up given the Titans have the 7th best NFL record under his control with a 110-82 record, however this has not been turned into success in the post season with their last playoff win being in 2004.
