The Minnesota Vikings and Oakland Raiders must be very pleased with their 4th round picks in the NFL draft, acquiring players who could easily have gone in the 1st round.
Everson Griffen has the potential to be a great pass rusher with both size and explosive speed. There are question marks over his fitness but even so at this level of the draft he is a bargain and the Vikings will get good value from him even if he is not a three down player.
Bruce Campbell is a great athelete and has superb raw potential which is why I expected him to join Oakland in the 1st round. Getting him here more than makes up for some earlier slightly questionable picks and Oakland might just about have the best value pick overall in the 2010 draft. If he becomes as good a player as he is athletic then a lot of teams will rue not taking the gamble on him.
