After Three relatively successful seasons in New England, it looks like Randy Moss is on his way home to the Minnesota Vikings who are desperate to sort out their receiving corp after a disappointing 1-2 start.

Although Moss didn’t manage a catch in the Patriots big win over Miami the 33 year old still commands respect and his movement helped keep the Dolphins defense on edge in the game. Tom Brady remains a big fan and losing him will leave the Patriots with no real deep ball threat. One person who will be pleased to see Randy Moss return is Brett Favre who campaigned for him to join the Packers in 2007, and was quite vocal in his dismay when New England snapped him up for a bargain 4th round draft pick.

Ironically Moss left the Vikings in 2007 in the hope of finally securing a Super Bowl ring which he narrowly missed when the Patriots lost to the Giants, now he could be returning to a Vikings team who are better placed than the team he left them for.
