The long time home of the Dallas Cowboys Texas Stadium in Irving was demolished today taking away a small part of NFL history. The Dallas now of course play in their new $1.2 billion “Cowboys Stadium” in nearby Arlington and despite it being a wonderful stadium one has to wonder why the old stadium couldnt have been retained as a museum or other tourist attraction. Its not as if America is in the midst of a real estate boom which is demanding more building land. Still heres the video of the final destruction.
